At ONRAA, we stand behind the quality of our pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, stains, or odors will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Socks and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval (depending on your bank).
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new purchase.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ONRAA is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@onraa.co with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
