Refund policy

At ONRAA, we stand behind the quality of our pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.

Returns:

  •  Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  •  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  •  Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, stains, or odors will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  •  Sale or discounted items
  •  Gift cards
  •  Socks and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. 
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval (depending on your bank).

Exchanges 

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new purchase.

Return Shipping 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ONRAA is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@onraa.co with: 

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Final Sale

 All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or refund.
